Electronics (or electronic) engineering is a specialized branch of engineering concerned with the scientific knowledge of the behavior and effects of electrons and its uses in engineering. Electronic engineering is used to develop devices, components, systems or equipments such as transistors, diodes, electronic tubes, integrated circuits and circuit boards. Armstrong through their study and invention of radio tubes, transmitters, diodes, telephone, amplifiers and initial generation of modern computers.

It is used in almost all the walks of life as it used to develop devices and systems like computer hardware and software , computers and laptops, electrical components (such as resistors, capacitors, inductors, diodes and transistors, semiconductor, electronic automation design, integrated circuits and printed circuit boards), electronic devices, analog circuits, digital circuits, automatic controlling systems , electronics, hardware, industrial and instrumentation automation systems and devices , microprocessors, radars, sensors and signal processing systems, telecommunication industry (Television, radio, mobiles, electronic communication) , transmission of information, transmitters and receivers, video game consoles, DVD and blue-ray players, etc.
